Data transmission

Fleet maintenance software uses data from onboard sensors and hardware devices installed in each vehicle. Usage data like mileage and engine hours is continuously sent to the platform, while diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are triggered when the vehicle detects a fault.

Service rules

You set the service rules - by time, distance, or engine hours – within the platform, and the software tracks every vehicle against them.

Alert triggered

When a threshold is reached or a fault is detected, the platform automatically sends an alert to the right people through the channel you’ve chosen.

Get notified the moment something needs attention. You can set one-off or recurring reminders for routine consumables like oil, filters, and brake pads, and receive warnings from diagnostic trouble codes for anything from engine trouble to dangerously low fuel levels.
